Introduction

This is just a short notice about a video presentation I am about to make this week. I also want to let my readers know that the SPIE AR/VR/MR 2025 presentation videos, including a panel discussion that I participated in, are available online (behind SPIE’s paywall).

I will be making a Short Video Presentation on Thursday

I will give a short 20-minute presentation at the Western NY Mini-Symposium on AR/VR on Thursday, April 24th, 2025, at 8:30 US EDT. I am condensing about three hours of information into that 20 minutes, plus 5 minutes for Q&A.

In late March 2025 through mid-April, SPIE published most (if not all) of the Technical and Invited sessions of AR/VR/MR 2025. The published video included the AI & AR Panel discussion, where I was a panelist. All the presentations are behind the SPIE Paywall. SPIE members are given 10 complimentary downloads (papers or videos) per year.
